Terms of Service

These Terms apply to every relationship between us and you arising from your use of the Service. By registering an account you agree to be bound by them.

Notices and guidelines we post within the Service form part of these Terms.

• "User" means an individual who registers an account and uses the Service.
• "Creator" means a User who generates videos on the Service and publishes or sells them.
• "Coins" means the prepaid digital credit usable only within the Service.
• "Generated Content" means videos, thumbnails and other output produced by the Service using AI from a User's prompt and images.

Using the Service requires registration with an email address or a Google account. You must provide accurate and current information.

The Service is for people aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service. By registering you represent that you are at least 18, and we may delete an account we find to belong to someone under 18.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and credentials. You may not lend, transfer or share them. Activity carried out through your account is treated as your own.

• Coins cost 10 JPY each (tax included) and are sold in the packages shown in the Service.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store card numbers.
• Coins can be used only within the Service and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other asset.
• Except where required by applicable law, purchased Coins are non-refundable.
• Coins may not be transferred, lent or sold to third parties.
• If you neither purchase nor spend Coins for two years, we may expire your remaining balance. We will notify your registered email address at least 30 days beforehand.

You can generate a video by submitting a prompt and an image. The number of Coins a generation consumes depends on the video length and whether you include audio, and is shown in the Service before you generate. We may change these amounts; the current amount is always shown in the Service.

If generation fails because of a fault on our side, such as a system error, the Coins consumed are refunded in full.

If generation is refused by automated review because the request falls under the prohibited conduct in Section 9, the Coins consumed are not refunded.

We do not warrant the quality of generated output or that it will match your intent. By the nature of generative AI, identical inputs may not produce identical results.

Rights in Generated Content belong to the User who generated it. Whether copyright arises in AI output varies by jurisdiction and case law, and we make no warranty on this point.

When you publish Generated Content on the Service, you grant us a free, non-exclusive right to use it (including reproduction, transmission, adaptation and display) to the extent necessary to operate, deliver, thumbnail, index and promote the Service.

You warrant that you hold the necessary rights in the images and prompts you submit, or that you have the rightsholder's permission.

Creators may keep a generated video private or publish it to other Users. When publishing, you may set a viewing price from 0 Coins (free) up to 100 Coins.

A User who purchases a paid video receives an indefinite right to view it, except where the video is deleted or is taken down under applicable law or these Terms.

Purchases take effect immediately and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please review the thumbnail, title, description and prompt before purchasing.

When a paid video is purchased, 70% of the purchase price is credited to the selling Creator's Coin balance and we retain 30% as an operating fee. We will give 30 days' notice in the Service before changing this rate.

Earned Coins can be spent on video generation and video purchases within the Service. Cash withdrawal is not currently offered; if we introduce it, separate conditions will be announced.

We may reverse earnings obtained by improper means, including self-purchase, circular purchases across multiple accounts, and purchases whose payment is subsequently reversed.

You must not do any of the following when using the Service.

• Generate or post sexual content, or any content that sexualises minors. The Service is general-audience and permits no adult content whatsoever.
• Generate or post excessively violent or graphic content, or content that encourages self-harm or suicide.
• Promote discrimination or hatred on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, belief, disability or similar grounds.
• Generate or post content that infringes copyright, trademark, portrait rights, publicity rights or any other right of a third party.
• Impersonate a real person, or create content that misleads others into believing a real person said or did something they did not.
• Spread false information or otherwise cause public disruption.
• Violate any law or public order, or facilitate criminal activity.
• Place undue load on our network or systems, reverse engineer the Service, or access it in bulk through automated tools.
• Use fraudulently obtained payment methods or engage in any other payment fraud.
• Collect other Users' information without their consent.
• Any other conduct we reasonably consider inappropriate.

We run automated review of prompts and thumbnails at generation time and at publication time. Content we judge likely to fall under Section 9 is refused at generation or removed from public view.

If you disagree with a review outcome, contact us using the details in Section 17. We will re-review within a reasonable period.

We are under no obligation to monitor all posted content at all times.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, notify us at the address in Section 17 with the URL of the content, a description of the right infringed, evidence that you hold that right, and your contact details.

We will review the notice and, where we consider it warranted, promptly unpublish or delete the content. Accounts of repeat infringers are suspended.

We may change or suspend the Service without prior notice, though we will announce significant changes in advance where practicable.

If we discontinue the Service, we will give at least 90 days' notice and handle unused Coins in accordance with applicable law.

If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or delete your account without prior notice.

You may request deletion of your account at any time. On deletion, unused Coins and viewing rights in purchased videos are extinguished and are not refundable.

The Service is provided as is. We do not warrant that the Service or Generated Content is fit for a particular purpose, accurate, complete, useful, or free of any third-party rights infringement.

Disputes between Users, or between a User and a third party, are to be resolved between those parties. We bear no responsibility for them.

Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost business opportunity, loss of data, or any other indirect or special damages.

Where you are a consumer under the Japanese Consumer Contract Act, this Section does not apply to the extent it would be void under that Act.

We may amend these Terms where we consider it necessary. For significant changes that disadvantage Users, we will give notice in the Service or to your registered email address at least 30 days before they take effect.

If you continue using the Service after such notice, you are deemed to have accepted the amended Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as court of first instance over any dispute arising from the Service.
